Shipping Policy
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 499.
- We charge a small fee of INR 50 on COD orders.
- The Service generally has a delivery ETA of 3-7 days from the date of dispatch.
- The products are generally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- While we strive to deliver your order in the fastest way possible, there might be factors beyond our control that may add delay to the delivery of your order. Under such circumstances, the issues related to your order will be escalated to the courier partner and might occasionally also lead to reshipping of your order from our end. Under such circumstances, while Flow Herbal India Private Limited will ensure a safe delivery for your order, we will not be able to cancel or issue a refund against an order owing to delay and transit.
