Cancellation, Refund And Returns Policy

Return Policy:

Thank you for choosing Flow herbal.

If you aren’t satisfied with your order, you can reach out to flowherbalindia@gmail.com and our Customer Experience Team will revert back to you promptly.

Any concerns regarding your order should be shared with us within 30 days of delivery. Beyond this period, we will be unable to process claims or replacements.

Cancellations:

Refunds are not provided after order cancellation, instead a gift card of the same amount will be issued. Additionally, the refunds are subject to the discretion of Flow Herbal India Private Limited and may change in extraordinary circumstances.

Replacements:

A request for replacement must be initiated within a maximum of 5 days from the day of delivery.

In case a freebie is missing from your order, our team will investigate the issue, and upon verification, a ₹50 gift card will be issued as compensation.

Please attach a picture of the delivered order along with the invoice and send a mail to flowherbalindia@gmail.com Our Audit team will review and send you a replacement, if applicable, in the following conditions:

  • Damaged/Incorrect Product Received
  • Item missing from order
  • Expired Product Received (Please attach a picture of the product showing the expiry date along with the invoice)

Returns:

Due to the perishable nature of Tea we do not accept returns on any products, instead we can replace the same if applicable.
